Frequently Asked Questions

WHO WE ARE?

The Recovery Gathering is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charity organization with a purpose of inspiring and equipping people on their recovery journey through music, worship, and community.

WHAT WE DO?

We believe that recovery should be celebrated no matter if a person has been at it for days or years. Our aim is to give people a 'breakthrough moment where they feel empowered to take the next step on our journey. Through a night of song, testimony, prayer, and service, we share with attendees the message of hope, purpose, and the assurance that things will work out.

THE IMPACT: We trace our impact in three steps.

1. THE DAY OF: Through our program, attendees gather and are edified, encouraged, and inspired to grow in their journey.

2. NEXT STEPS: At the end of our program, while the inspiration is fresh, we team up with local communities and resources healthcare providers, job placement programs, faith based connections etc.) to connect attendees to programs that will provide long-term support and edification.

3. A GROWING COMMUNITY: Attendees join The Recovery Gathering's community where they can find additional resources and community from survivors, advocates, and other programs to give them additional help in their times of need.
